Rey Ovalle has extensive experience in foodservice management, currently serving as the General Manager of Foodservices and Director of Dining Services at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence since June 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for Hidalgo Independent School District. Prior to this role, Rey Ovalle worked as a Food Service Director at A'viands from June 2010 to June 2015 and held the position of Location Manager at Aramark from February 2002 to June 2010, contributing to significant operational leadership and service excellence throughout a progressive career in the industry.
