Lisa Tafoya is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a Benefits and Compensation Analyst at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence since September 2022, where responsibilities include compliance and benefits reporting, HRIS systems, and various HR processes. Prior to this role, Lisa participated in the Emerging Leadership Development Program at Vanguard from August 2021 to June 2022, serving as a Support Team Lead. Lisa also gained valuable experience as a Student Ambassador at Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business from August 2019 to January 2021 and completed a C2C internship at Vanguard in the summer of 2020. Lisa holds a degree from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2021.
