Cathy Davius, MS, RD, LD has a diverse work experience in the field of nutrition. Cathy'smost recent position was as the Associate Director of Health & Nutrition/Nutrition Coordinator II at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence, where they created nutritionally balanced menus for the Child Nutrition team and collaborated with professionals to provide nutritious meals to children. Cathy first attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Wellness Management. Cathy then pursued further education at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, this time in Nutrition. Lastly, they attended the University at Buffalo from 2017 to 2018 and obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetic Internship.

Additionally, Cathy Davius has obtained several certifications. Cathy became a Licensed Dietitian through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in March 2019. Cathy also became a Registered Dietitian through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in February 2019. Furthermore, they passed the CPR and AED certification from the American Heart Association in November 2018, and obtained the ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association in February 2017.
