Xue Yang has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services since August 2013. In this role, Xue Yang designs and directs company-wide processes for talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance, focusing on workforce development and employee retention. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Manager, Sr. Talent Advisor, Talent Advisor, and Human Resources Trainee, all contributing to a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and organizational needs. Xue Yang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Organizational Communication from Fort Hays State University.
