Kecia Wolf, CPA, MBA has a variety of work experience in finance and accounting. Kecia is currently serving as the President/CEO at Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative and Four States Fiber since 2022. Prior to this, they held a number of roles at Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative, including President/CEO, Vice President of Finance & Accounting, Member Services and Personnel, Controller, and Accountant. Kecia joined the company in 2009 and remained there until 2022. Before joining Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative, Kecia worked as an Accountant at Truman Arnold Companies from 2005 to 2009.

Kecia Wolf, CPA, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Kecia also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the same university. In addition, they have an Associate's degree in Electric Power Technology from Bismarck State College. Kecia has obtained several certifications including Certified Key Account Executive from NRECA, Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, Chartered Global Management Accountant from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, and completed the Management Internship Program from NRECA.
