Matthew Novak possesses extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry. Since May 2013, Matthew has held the role of Project Manager and previously served as Project Engineer at Southway Builders, Inc. Prior to this, Matthew gained valuable experience as a Supervisor Assistant at Wilhelm Commercial Builders from May 2007 to August 2008. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Loyola University Maryland, with expected completion in May 2024, Matthew also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, earned in 2013.
