Mark Palmer possesses extensive experience in public sector management, currently serving as Parking Quality and Policy Manager at Southwark Council since February 2015. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Contract Monitoring Officer at Wandsworth Borough Council from November 2007 to February 2015. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Product and Furniture Design from De Montfort University, obtained between 2000 and 2003, as well as a BTEC National Diploma in Foundation Studies in Art and Design from Wimbledon School of Art, completed in 2000.
