Tamara Lundstrom is a highly experienced Registered Dietitian with a diverse professional background in nutrition services. Currently serving at Southview Acres Health Care Center and Villa Healthcare since 2021 and 2018 respectively, Tamara also operates NourishMN, LLC as the owner since 2016. Previous positions include Registered Dietitian roles at Senova and Texas Terrace Care Center, Field Director of Nutrition Services at Fortis Management Group, and Food Service Director at Morrison Community Living. Tamara began their career as a Dietetic Technician at St. John's Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from North Dakota State University, along with certifications in MRT and LEAP Therapy Training.
