Benjamin (BJ) Jones is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in finance, operations, and IT systems. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Southstar since May 2012, Benjamin has also held the roles of VP of Finance Operations and VP of IT Systems and Analysis within the company. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Systems at Bluegreen Communities from August 2005 to May 2012, where Benjamin developed and integrated business operations systems for a publicly traded real estate developer. Earlier experience features positions as Engineering Tech at CircuitWerkes and an intern at NeuroDimension, focusing on engineering and software development. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, earned in 2003.
