Robert Wells is a seasoned General Manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently overseeing operations at Cosmic Coffee + Beer Garden since October 2022. Previously, Robert has held the position of General Manager of Catering and Special Events at Southside Market & Barbeque since March 2012, showcasing a successful track record in managing special events and creating memorable experiences with Texas barbecue. With a comprehensive background that includes roles such as General Manager and Area Training Manager, Robert has honed a robust skill set in operational management. Robert holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Texas Culinary Academy, completed between 2002 and 2004.
