Ronald O. White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governmental and regulatory affairs, communications, and leadership. Currently serving as the Founding Chair of Endeavor Virginia, Ronald engages diverse business leaders to enhance disaster response and recovery frameworks. As Vice President of Governmental and Regulatory Affairs at Southside Electric Cooperative, Ronald oversees the development of communications to strengthen community understanding of cooperative programs. Ronald's background includes roles such as Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for the Virginia Capital Region, Director of Government and External Affairs at Virginia State University, and District Director for Congressman J. Randy Forbes. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and advanced degrees in Business Administration and Business Leadership.
