Aditya Narain is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, financial management, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Co Managing Partner at Mark Cohen & Company and Operating Partner at Broad Sky Partners, Narain also holds board memberships at Smith + Howard and Inspiration Mobility. Previously, Narain was the Chief Financial Officer for Insurance Solutions and US Middle Market at The Carlyle Group, leading major investment transactions and managing significant portfolios. At GE Capital, Narain achieved landmark milestones, including securing government approval to lose 'Too Big to Fail' status and generating substantial shareholder value. Narain’s education includes executive education at MIT Sloan and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the University of Maryland.
