Tom Raines is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in mortgage lending and management. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Southpoint Financial Services, Inc. since November 2017, Tom previously held the position of Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from July 2011 to October 2017, focusing on mortgage loans for builders in the Houston area. Tom's career also includes roles as Regional Mortgage Sales Specialist and Area Sales Manager at BBVA Compass Bank from August 2006 to April 2011, as well as Associate District Manager at GMAC Mortgage from May 2005 to August 2006. Tom holds a degree from Texas Tech University.
