Donna Cox, CCIM CPM, serves as the Director of Operations at The Barber Companies since May 2023. With extensive experience in property management, Donna has held the position of Sr. Vice President and Director of Property Management at Southpace Properties, Inc. since December 2016, previously serving as Vice President - Property Management there from August 2008 to June 2011. From June 2011 to November 2016, Donna was Vice President - Commercial Management at Engel Realty Company, LLC, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Alabama, Louisiana, and Florida. Earlier career roles include Sales & Marketing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial and Landlord Broker at Birmingham Realty Company. Donna earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama in 1987 and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
