Ann Marie Stefaney is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and pastry arts. Currently serving as General Manager and Kitchen Manager at Southminster since March 2019, Ann Marie oversees seven kitchens, including a fast-paced bistro and fine dining operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Pastry Chef at Heirloom Restaurant from February 2014 to June 2018, where Ann Marie managed daily bread production and desserts while also handling payroll and front of house management. Additionally, Ann Marie worked as a Pastry at Rareroots Hospitality from August 2018 to May 2019, creating desserts and bread for the restaurant group. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate's Degree with multiple specialties from Tidewater Community College.
