Chris Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and business management. Currently serving as Business Segment Leader at Southland Industries since January 2022, Chris oversees federal energy efficiency initiatives, focusing on long-term growth and exceptional service delivery. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Regional Federal Manager at Energy Systems Group, where responsibilities included leading federal sales efforts in the eastern US. Chris’s career began at Johnson Controls, Inc., progressing through various managerial roles including Branch Manager and Vertical Market Sales Manager. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University.
