Michelle Smith has over 40 years of diverse experience in information management and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Information Management Team Leader at Southland District Council since July 2022, Michelle previously held various positions at Environment Southland, including Business Systems Analyst and Q/A Administrative Coordinator, from July 2008 to July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Registry Officer Collections (Deputy Registrar) at the New Zealand Ministry of Justice from June 2002 to July 2008 and as a Cashier/Accounts Payable Clerk at Spark New Zealand from June 1983 to November 1991.
