Yin-Hui Siow began their work experience in 1999 as the Director of Nuclear Medicine at Southlake Regional Health Centre. They later took on the role of Chief of Radiology from 2004 to 2008. In 2011, Yin-Hui Siow joined the Southlake Foundation as a member of the Board of Directors, serving until 2015.

Yin-Hui Siow obtained a Medical Doctor degree from the University of Toronto between 1989 and 1993.
