She does this by keeping the different production teams connected and coordinated, making sure that inventory is at optimal levels and that any quality and manufacturing challenges are quickly solved. In keeping with the "many hats" culture at a small company, Jaclyn even gets hands-on with custom conjugation projects as well as maintenance and repair of the production team's chromatography equipment.
