Todd Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Todd began their career as a Store Management Executive at Dillards from 1994 to 1996 before transitioning to Macy's, where they held various roles including Assistant Buyer, Associate Buyer, Buyer, and Divisional Vice President. From 2012 to 2020, Todd worked at Carters Inc., serving as Director of Planning, Senior Director of Merchandise Planning and New Stores, and DMM/Senior Director. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant at Talk to Todd and also became a Licensed Realtor at Origins Real Estate. Most recently, in 2023, they assumed the position of Senior Director Ecommerce and Merchandise Planning at Southern Tide.

Todd Hill attended the University of South Carolina from 1989 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management.
