Jonathan Herron is an experienced finance executive currently serving as CFO at Southern Steel Group since June 2012. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Regional Finance Manager for Australia Pacific at Orica Australia Limited from October 2010 to May 2012, and served as CFO at Asia Timber Products Group in Shanghai from October 2004 to October 2010. Earlier roles include Strategic Planning Manager at Carter Holt Harvey and Senior Treasury Accountant at CSR. Jonathan began their career at PwC as a Supervisor in Emerging Businesses and at Deloitte as an Accountant II in the Business Consulting Group. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant, a designation obtained from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
