Mike Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Mike worked as an Operations Manager in the PSD Division at Southern States LLC starting from November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Continuous Improvement Engineer and later an Operations Leader at OFS from April 2021 to August 2022.

In 2018, Mike worked as an Operations Manager at Wabash National and as a Consultant at ITC FinTec. Mike also has experience as an Operations Manager at Ply Gem in 2017.

Before that, Mike held the position of Senior Assistant Operations Manager at Bonnell Aluminum from May 2011 to October 2016, where they had a team of 70 people and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the extrusion and die repair and tooling (DRT) departments.

In their earlier career, Mike served as a Co-Plant Manager at Kason Industries from an unspecified starting date until September 2010. Mike was responsible for various aspects of plant operations, including Lean implementation, production efficiency, cost reduction, safety, and employee coaching.

Mike also worked as a Production Manager at Custom Building Products from an unspecified starting date until 1998, where they managed three departments and supervised 35 employees.

Additionally, Mike has obtained a certification in OSHA 10 and 30 hr train the trainer, from an unknown institution and year.
