Ross Lyon has extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as the Purchasing and Product Development professional in the Coatings Group at Southern States Packaging since August 2013. This role involves providing technical assistance and implementing new products for clients in various packaging sectors, with a focus on water-based coatings and adhesives. Prior to this position, Ross Lyon was the General Manager at SouthCoat LLC from August 2013 to August 2015, where responsibilities included the development and manufacturing of sustainable coatings for the paper and packaging industries. Ross Lyon also gained experience at Southern States Packaging in product development and as a production intern in 2011 and 2012. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Geography from the University of South Carolina, complemented by studies at Wofford College and Groton School.
