Brad Weaver has over 15 years of experience in operations management. Brad is currently working as the Regional Operations Manager at Southern Staircase and Century Cabinets since January 2020. Previously, Brad held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Southern Staircase starting from December 2018. From 2007 to 2016, they served as the Operations Manager at Southern Staircase. Brad's career started at Georgia-Pacific Corp, where they worked as a Quality Control Tech from 2002 to 2005 and later as a Production Supervisor from 2005 to 2007.

Brad Weaver earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wood Science and Forest Products from Virginia Tech between 1998 and 2002. In 2016, they obtained a Virginia Class A Residential and Commercial Contractors License from Va DPOR.
