Tresha McMillan has a diverse work experience in marketing and operations coordination. Tresha started their career at Palm Beach Capital Management, LLC in 2006, where they served as a Marketing and Operations Coordinator until December 2008. Following that, they worked as a Corporate Marketing Coordinator at ION Media Networks from October 2009 to August 2011. Currently, they are employed at Southern Self Storage, where they hold the position of Marketing Director since August 2011.

Tresha McMillan completed their education at two institutions. Tresha first attended The University of the West Indies from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management. Tresha then went on to pursue their MBA at Florida Atlantic University from 2002 to 2004, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2017, Tresha also obtained a Google Adwords Search Certification from Google.
