Adi Kahali is an accomplished Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in driving process improvement and managing projects across various organizations. At Toka Tū Ake EQC, Adi currently supports project initiatives and stakeholder management, building on previous roles as a Business Analyst at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities, and as a Business Analyst focused on automation at AA Insurance NZ. Adi’s earlier career at Vodafone New Zealand included roles as a Business Process Improvement Analyst and Fibre Process Specialist, where significant contributions were made to client engagement and process management. Additionally, Adi began the professional journey at GE as a Financial Accountant. Adi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta.
