Patricia Morgan is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in case management and public health. Currently serving as a Case Management Nurse at Southern Rehab Network since June 2022, Patricia previously worked as a Field Based Case Manager at UnitedHealth Group from November 2019 to June 2022. Patricia’s background includes a role as a School Nurse with Cabarrus County Health Alliance from March 2014 to June 2022. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from LIU Post.
