Andrew Ahlquist started their career in 2005 as the Business Owner of Highball Hospitality Consulting and Catering. Andrew then moved on to Baraonda, where they held roles as Head Bartender and Beverage Manager from 2010 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Maven Restaurant Group, starting as an Assistant General Manager before being promoted to General Manager and eventually Director of Operations. Currently, they serve as the Managing Partner of Gypsy Kitchen at Southern Proper Hospitality Group starting in 2023.
