Sarah Forga is an experienced professional in health, nutrition, and quality management, currently serving as the Health & Nutrition Services Director at Southern Oregon Head Start since January 2017. In this role, Sarah coordinates and supervises health, nutrition, and safety services for children aged 0-5, collaborating with other department managers to enhance monitoring systems and training. Additionally, Sarah has worked as a Travel Specialist for Disney and Universal Destinations since October 2016, where vacations are planned and booked without added fees. Previous positions include Quality System Manager at Biomed Diagnostics, Inc., Quality Assurance Manager at Darigold, and various roles in brewing and quality control. Sarah holds a B.S. in Food Science & Technology with a focus on Fermentation Science from Oregon State University and has also studied at the Technical University of Munich.
