Heather Baram has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Southern New Hampshire University since April 2019, where Heather holds multiple roles including Vice President of HR, Strategic Partnerships. Previous experience includes significant positions at Panera Bread from May 2005 to March 2018, culminating in the role of Vice President of Retail Human Resources, and earlier HR roles at Target from August 2002 to April 2005. Heather Baram holds a BBA in Business from Hofstra University and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
