Keely Brooks, MSc, ENV SP, currently serves as a Climate Change Policy Analyst at the Southern Nevada Water Authority, a position held since November 2010, focusing on climate adaptation initiatives and leading multidisciplinary workgroups to address water service challenges related to climate variability. In addition to this role, Keely serves on the Board of Directors for ImpactNV since January 2023 and has a significant history of leadership as the founding President of the Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition from September 2013 to December 2023, where efforts were made to improve roadway safety through advocacy and policy change. Previous experience includes roles as a Modeling Analyst at Navarro Research and Engineering and Sala and Associates, with expertise in projects related to environmental modeling. Keely holds a Master of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Environmental Science from Skidmore College.
