Tamera Hill has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Tamera began their career as an Estimator/College Intern at Bovis Lend Lease in 1991. Tamera then worked as an Estimator at C.D. Moody Construction Company, Inc. in 1997. From 1998 to 2001, Tamera was a Preconstruction Estimator at Winter Construction. Tamera joined Trammell Crow Residential as a Preconstruction Manager in 2004 and transitioned to the role of Senior Estimator at Balfour Beatty US in 2007. Tamera then worked at Southern Land Company as a Senior Preconstruction Manager from 2015 to 2016. Tamera continued their career at Yates Construction as a Senior Preconstruction Manager from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Tamera is working at Southern Land Company as the Vice President, Preconstruction Services, a position they have held since March 2022.

Tamera Hill obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
