Tracy Bennett has over 27 years of experience in labor and employee relations at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Since November 2016, Tracy serves as the Director of Labor and Employee Relations, following a successful tenure as Employment Manager from September 1993 to October 2016. Throughout this extensive career, Tracy has demonstrated expertise in managing complex employee relations issues and has played a key role in developing and implementing policies that support a fair and equitable work environment.
