Mike Ross has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at Southern Illinois Healthcare since September 2014 as the System Director of Patient Experience. Prior to that, Mike was employed at Kingman Regional Medical Center from June 2008 to September 2014, where Mike held various leadership positions including Director Service Excellence and Director Environmental Services.
