Thomas Watson is an experienced IT professional and team leader currently serving as the Principal Service Desk Support Analyst Team Lead at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since July 2017. Previously, Thomas held roles in PC support at Glazer's Distributors, technical support at MRI Software LLC, and worked as a Help Desk Associate at Progressive Insurance. Thomas has a solid background in technical support, client satisfaction, and issue resolution, as well as experience mentoring peers and participating in key projects. Additionally, Thomas served as a Police Officer for over a decade and holds both a Bachelor's Degree and an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology from Kent State University.
