Terry Arnold serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since December 2016, where responsibilities include developing and executing human resources strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple areas. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at BMC, where Terry managed operations across 17 states, and AutoTrader Group, achieving significant cost savings through process improvements while overseeing a team of 45 professionals. Previous experiences involved leadership positions at Univar, GE Energy, GE Aviation, and various roles within GE Capital, in addition to serving as a Captain in the US Army. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Marketing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University, and has completed executive education programs at notable institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
