Cindy Mooney, ACS, AIRC, ASRI, FLMI, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Manager of New Business Administration at Southern Farm Bureau since June 2008, overseeing four departments and a team of 64 employees. Responsibilities include underwriting non-medical cases, managing medical records, new business accounting, and coordinating mail processing for case requirements. Prior to this role, Cindy was Office Manager at Doug Gregory & Associates from October 1989 to February 1991, where responsibilities included obtaining licenses and managing daily operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Policy Service & Client Service Representative at Lamar Life Insurance Company from July 1983 to October 1989, handling policy changes, reinstatements, and client complaints.
