Emma Clancy is an experienced attorney currently serving as a Staff Attorney and previously as a Senior Associate Attorney and Associate Attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center since February 2021. Prior experience includes a Judicial Law Clerk position at the U.S. District Courts from August 2019 to January 2021 and a Summer Law Clerk role at the Southern Environmental Law Center in 2018. Emma's early career includes positions in customer service and administrative roles, such as an Expo/Food Runner at Alley Light Restaurant and a Front Desk/Concierge at 200 South Street Inn. Emma holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Colby College.
