David Boynton possesses extensive experience in the fields of building science and solar energy. Since October 2012, David has served as a Technical Director for the Solar Division at Southern Energy Management, where responsibilities include overseeing building science services. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Southern Energy Management from September 2005 to 2012, including Director of Training & Product Development and Director of Solar Operations. Earlier experience includes teaching roles at Cary Academy from 2003 to 2005 and at University Liggett School from 1996 to 2003. David Boynton earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Hamilton College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University.
