Denise Phan is a Certified Medical Assistant currently working at SENTA ENT and Allergy Physicians since February 2024. Denise previously served as an Eligibility Specialist for the Georgia Volunteer Healthcare Program at the Georgia Department of Public Health from January 2021 to March 2024, where duties included screening patients for financial eligibility and managing administrative tasks. Denise's experience also includes working at Piedmont Heart Institute, where responsibilities involved facilitating patient care and performing various cardiac tests, as well as handling clinical administrative functions. Additional roles include volunteering as a Front Office Administrator at Mercy Health Center and gaining early experience as a Front Desk Receptionist at Ivy Nails, along with an internship at Cobb EMC focused on event organization and research. Denise holds a degree in Psychology with a Neuroscience Emphasis and a Biology Minor from The University of Georgia, completed in 2023, and is a graduate of Kennesaw Mountain High School.
