Shane Garrett has over 25 years of experience in software development and data engineering, currently serving as a Platform Architect and Senior Manager, Data & Software Engineering at Southern Cross University since November 2008. In this role, Shane focuses on developing and maintaining interfaces for the student management system. Prior to this position, Shane worked as a Consultant at The XML Man from August 2002 to November 2010, where contributions included custom software development. Earlier experience includes a role as Team Lead/Manager at Auto-trol Technology from 1996 to 2002.
