Simon Keith has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Simon started their career in 2005 as a Mortgage Advisor/Financial Consultant at Abbey Bank. In 2006, they joined Fujitsu as a Support Analyst. Simon then worked at Red Group Retail as an IT Service Desk Analyst and later as an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk professional until 2011.

From 2009 to 2014, Simon worked at Whitcoulls IT New Zealand as an IT Server and Desktop Support Engineer, primarily handling 2nd and 3rd line issues, project-based tasks, and business-wide upgrades.

In 2015, Simon joined JUCY Group as an IT Operations Analyst, and in 2016, they moved to Insomnia Security as a Projects Manager. At Insomnia Security, Simon also took on the role of a Project Delivery Coordinator, where they worked closely with external clients, managed relationships, coordinated efforts of in-house security consultants, and handled business and process analysis and improvements. Simon continued in these roles until 2019.

From 2019 until 2022, they worked at Auxo Software as a Consultant specializing in applications. Currently, Simon Keith serves as a Technical Project Manager at Southern Cross Healthcare, a position they have held since October 2022.

Simon Keith attended Southfields Secondary School from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a GCSE qualification. Simon did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2016, Simon received a certification in "Configuring, managing and maintaining windows server 2008 servers" from Auldhouse. Furthermore, in 2018, they obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification from the same institution.
