Neil Drummond is an experienced professional in the aged care sector, currently serving as the Regional Manager - Residential at Southern Cross Care (Tas) Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Residential Aged Care Manager at Estia Health from September 2020 to November 2023, and served as Village Manager at Bendigo Retirement Village from June 2012 to August 2020. Neil's earlier career includes positions as Facility Manager at Benetas from December 2006 to May 2012 and at Goodwin Aged Care from January 2003 to November 2006. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University, Neil also holds a Diploma of Business in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Arrow Training, completed in 2013. Neil's foundational education was completed at Findon High School from 1972 to 1983.
