Maribel Mendez is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in financial management. Currently serving as Accounting Controller at Southern Counties Lubricants, LLC since May 2005, Maribel Mendez has also held the position of Assistant Controller, overseeing cash management and staff management, and assisting with account analysis and credit management. Prior experience includes roles as an Inventory Reconciliation Specialist at SC Fuels and as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at both Jet Apparel Group and Custom Building Products, where responsibilities encompassed managing accounts receivable functions and maintaining accurate aging reports. Maribel Mendez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from California State University, Fullerton, along with two Associate’s Degrees in related fields from Santa Ana College and Orange Coast College.
