Amara Rangwala is currently serving as a Planning & Regulatory Support Co-Op at Southern Company, a position held since August 2023. Amara has been a Research Assistant in the Women, Science, and Technology program at Georgia Institute of Technology since October 2021 and also worked as a Student Assistant for Living History. Previous experience includes a role as an International Intern and Team Lead at Leadership Initiatives from September 2020 to May 2021, an internship at CUADRA & PATEL, LLC in the summer of 2020, and tutoring at Kumon North America, Inc. from March 2017 to 2018. Amara is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in 2025, having completed a High School Diploma at North Gwinnett High School in 2021.
