Debra Moss serves as a Manager at Southern Company Gas since April 2012, where responsibilities include developing energy assistance funding strategies and leading a team focused on educating customers about federal and state energy assistance programs. Prior experience at AGL Resources from October 2001 to April 2012 encompasses various managerial roles overseeing customer service infrastructure, integrating customer service processes from acquisitions, and implementing process improvements as a Process Integration Analyst. Debra also held positions as a Customer Service Liaison and Supervisor, managing teams and resolving customer issues while ensuring regulatory compliance. Education includes ongoing coursework toward a Bachelor's Degree at The University of Toledo.
