Tina Abatayo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Tina began their career as a Practice Manager at Palestine Chiropractic Center from 1994 to 2002, followed by a role as a Practice Manager at Gray Chiropractic from 2002 to 2006. Tina then transitioned to the role of Vice President Operations at Titan Medical DME, Inc. from 2006 to 2017, where they played a pivotal role in growing the company and overseeing various operations.
In 2017, Tina took on the position of Administrator (Contract) at Paradise Congregate Living Facility, where they successfully achieved 100% patient capacity within a short period of time. Later that year, they became the Manager - Hospital Services at United Blood Services, where they oversaw the inventory and delivery of blood to healthcare facilities.
Tina's next role was as a Facility Administrator at DaVita Kidney Care from 2017 to 2019, where they ensured compliance with regulations and managed financial and inventory aspects of patient care. Tina then joined Key Health in 2019 as the Director of Operations, responsible for improving operational performance and coordinating billing and reimbursement processes.
Currently, Tina serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at the Southern California Food Allergy Institute, where they oversee clinic operations and manages various teams. Overall, Tina Abatayo has a wealth of experience in managing healthcare operations, driving efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Tina Abatayo earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University. Tina attended from 2011 to 2014. Later, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university. Tina completed their MBA from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a State of California Notary Public in October 2014.
