Thomas Gauthier is an accomplished educator and administrator currently serving as the Dean of the School of Professional Studies at Florida State College at Jacksonville since July 2022. Gauthier has extensive experience in higher education, holding multiple adjunct professor positions at institutions such as the American College of Education, Saint Leo University, University of Central Florida, and Baylor University, focusing on doctoral-level and graduate courses in research methods, educational leadership, and career education. Gauthier also serves as a peer evaluator for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Prior professional experience includes roles as Associate Dean of Industrial and Technical Programs at Palm Beach State College and various positions in architectural design and construction management. Gauthier holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northeastern University and is an active member of several professional organizations.
