Craig Hess has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Craig began their career in 1997 as a Sales Representative at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where they achieved consistent above-target sales results and successfully launched new products. Craig later became a Sales Trainer, responsible for training sales representatives in Canada and the United States. Craig then served as a Product Manager, overseeing the management of Wyeth's Oral Contraceptive portfolio and implementing successful advertising campaigns.

In 2003, Craig Hess became a District Business Manager at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, leading teams in different regions and achieving outstanding sales performance. Craig later held the role of Regional Business Director, exceeding sales forecasts in the Western Canadian Region.

In 2010, Craig joined KCI Medical as the District Manager, responsible for leading the Western Region and successfully implementing sales and marketing plans. Craig also negotiated contracts and drove sales success through team management.

In 2012, Craig Hess became a Regional Sales Manager at Baxter Healthcare, where they generated sales results and led a cross-functional team to provide product and solution-based offerings.

Most recently, Craig has been working at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Craig began as the Associate Director of North America - Corporate Training Solutions and was later promoted to Director Corporate Training and finally to Director of Individual Learner, Corporate and International Training. As Director, they developed and managed training solutions and worked closely with industry advisors to create curriculum and training solutions for organizations. Craig also oversaw the design, delivery, and management of training programs in various locations worldwide.

Craig Hess has a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Management from Athabasca University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2017. Craig also has a commerce degree from Athabasca University, completed between 1996 and 1998. In addition, Craig Hess obtained a degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Alberta, which they completed between 1988 and 1992. Craig has also earned the certification of Social Selling Mastery from Sales for Life, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
