Victor Baisley is an experienced professional in the fields of energy efficiency and environmental education, currently serving as the Weatherization Program Director at Southeastern Vermont Community Action, Inc. since December 2013. Baisley has held various positions within the organization, including Energy Efficiency Specialist and Field Supervisor for the Weatherization Division. Prior to SEVCA, Baisley worked as Station Manager for the Belize Foundation for Research and Environmental Education and as Lead Carpenter at Evergreen Construction. Furthermore, Baisley gained valuable experience as Assistant Plant Manager at The Putney School from June 1998 to July 2010. Baisley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Maine, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
